The Wasted Talent
In Madagascar, only 1 in every 20 reach higher level study. There are few or no scholarships and thus tertiary study is a privilege reserved for the small number of people who can afford it. As a result, the majority of the most brilliant and committed young people are limited to low-paying, unfulfilling careers.
Recruitment
We assess top 1% of students who can’t afford higher education and select those with exceptional work ethic and character.
Education
Students undertake a highly intensive two-and-a-half years of study to become advanced English speakers, professional software developers and outstanding members of society.
Enterprise
Graduates begin exciting careers as software developers in remote teams. They earn a life-changing salary to support themselves and unlock the opportunity for the next students. All of our profits are used to train the next wave of talented students.
Growth
We are ultimately powered by the brilliance of Malagasy youth, not donations, and have the potential to grow very quickly. Our dream is to train thousands of new students each year in Madagascar/Africa and contribute heavily to the growth of our communities.
